Hi friend! I’m Shelby. Personal Hype girl, professional third wheel. lemonade connoisseur.

I’m a full-time portrait and wedding photographer who is obsessed with color, confidence, and community. Surprise, AZ is where I call home, but I jump on every chance I get to explore. I am former-teacher turned photographer who loves educating clients on how to have the best experience in front of the camera! I am most well-known for my mad homeschooling skills, my love of comfy blankets, and my hardcore lemonade obsession (no, not the Beyonce album).

When I am not working with my rad clients, you can likely find me hanging out at home with my husband (Matt) and our two sons (Wyatt & Arlen). I am also a trauma recovery coach specializing in narcissistic abuse (my coaching program launches Summer of 2023).

I am a Type 2 Enneagram and a people-loving introvert. While I love having alone time, editing photos and jamming to girl power anthems, I feel most confident when I am hangin’ out with my clients, making magic with my camera.

My images are colorful, candid, and authentic. I am all about making my clients get all cuddly, giggly, and having the best time. I am obsessed with photographing natural, intimate moments during a session that occur just from being with your people. I photograph people who have a love for colorful, joyous imagery. I am lucky to deliver my clients with images that warm their hearts and bring tears to their eyes. I am alllll about the feels, so if that's your jam, I'm your gal!  Love is an adventure, and I’d love to be a part of yours.

My biggest goal is to give you stress-free experience of feeling confident. When you leave a session with me, you leave as more than a client, but one of my besties!
